Magnolia Mahjong – Terms & Conditions

By registering for any Magnolia Mahjong class, event, league, tournament, or guided play session, you are reserving your seat at the table and agreeing to the following:

Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed in advance through the designated sign-up platform. Full payment is required to secure your spot. Each reservation allows Magnolia Mahjong to thoughtfully prepare your materials, seating, and overall experience—everything is planned with intention and just for you.

No Refunds
All registrations are final. Magnolia Mahjong does not offer refunds for any reason, including schedule conflicts, illness, or inability to attend.

Because each event is carefully curated in advance—materials ordered, venues reserved, and experiences prepared based on registered guests—your spot is considered a committed purchase. For this reason, refunds, credits, or exchanges are not available.

Transfers & Changes
Registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from Magnolia Mahjong. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another person; however, all transfers must be approved in writing by Magnolia Mahjong in advance of the event.

In the rare event that Magnolia Mahjong must adjust event details such as date, time, or location, participants will be notified promptly. Should Magnolia Mahjong need to cancel an event, a rescheduled option or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Participation & Etiquette
Magnolia Mahjong is built on community, connection, and a welcoming table for all. Guests are expected to treat instructors, venues, and fellow players with kindness and respect.

Any behavior that disrupts the experience or detracts from the enjoyment of others may result in removal from the event without refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
By attending a Magnolia Mahjong event, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with participation, including travel to and from the event, use of equipment, and interaction with other guests.

Magnolia Mahjong, its owner, partners, affiliates, and hosting venues are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or personal property claims that may occur before, during, or after an event.

Photography & Media
From time to time, Magnolia Mahjong captures the joy around the table. By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during events to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

Agreement to Terms
By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
